If you live or are visiting Santiago, Metro allows you to quickly and easily obtain information about its network. With this application, you can:

• Instantly check the complete status of the Santiago Metro network, including each line and station.
• Configure notifications to receive alerts about special conditions or incidents that may affect your regular trips.
• Plan a trip within the Metro network, including alternative routes when certain stations are unavailable.
• Quickly contact Metro personnel in case of emergencies, inquiries, or assistance to enter or exit a station.
• Get information about all the services, schedules, and express routes of each station, including transfer options at intermodal locations.
• Check your balance and recharge your bip! card (please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the balance to be updated, information provided by tarjetabip.cl).
